Overview:
Together for Colwyn Bay Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Voluntary Finance Director. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the financial aspects of our organisation, ensuring responsible management of funds and supporting our mission to serve the community of Colwyn Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight:
Manage the organisation's finances, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial stability in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Staff Team.
2. Prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors, providing insight into the organisation's financial health.
3. Monitor cash flow and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
2. Maintain accurate financial records and oversee audits as necessary.
3. Prepare and submit financial reports to relevant stakeholders, such as donors and grantors.
