Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support company management by guiding departments in implementing compliance programs and playing a central role in internal audits and policy development. This role also involves budget formulation, event coordination, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support overall company operations and assist management by identifying operational issues, planning countermeasures, and implementing continuous improvement activities.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute company meetings such as EMEA Presidents’ meeting.
* Prepare internal and external presentation materials for management's visits to customers, EMEA presidents’ meetings, board of directors meetings, etc.
* Collaborate with various departments to formulate budgets, monitor results and forecasts, and report to management as needed.
* Support European president office(EPO)’s activities.
* Play a central role in responding to and improving internal audits.
* Organize and act as the secretariat for various committees and providing guidance on policy development and maintenance.
* Implement and support internal control programs such as SOX, internal risk assessment programs, ISO 9001 certification and other governance requirements from HQ.
* Assist in the management of export control processes and customs, ensuring compliance with regulations and Toshiba requirements including ongoing monitoring, initial evaluation, customs related duties.

* Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
* Project management proficiency and collaborative and relationship-building skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.
* Self-motivation and independence, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Knowledge of compliance and audit processes and strong understanding and experience of the internal control systems ( SOX and risk assessment, export control regulations, quality management).
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proficiency in preparing presentation materials and reports.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Conversational Japanese is desirable.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in business administration and/or planning
* Knowledge of internal auditing
* Project management certification is desirable
