What You'll Do:
Dalux Mastery: Manage the Dalux EDMS platform end-to-end, ensuring efficient document control for social housing projects.
BIM Implementation: Implement and manage BIM execution and information management plans specific to social housing construction.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA checks on drawing conventions and naming standards, ensuring compliance with social housing project requirements.
Team Support: Assist subcontractors and project managers with document uploads and system navigation, tailored to the social housing context.
Snagging & Tracking: Manage snagging and document tracking for high-risk social housing building projects.
What You'll Bring:
Essential Dalux Experience: Proven experience with the Dalux EDMS platform is mandatory.
Document Control Proficiency: Mid-level experience in document control or information management, ideally within the construction or social housing sector.
BIM Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM processes and methodologies relevant to social housing projects.
Independent Worker: Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively independently.
Super User Advantage: Super user credentials within Dalux are highly preferred.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with other construction document management systems.
Familiarity with Site for P, Con, Jack, and Connect platforms.
Previous experience working with social housing contractors.
