We are seeking a Zone Pricing Leader to drive pricing initiatives within the UK and Ireland. The role involves leading, supporting, and driving business transformation projects related to pricing, overseeing pricing systems, and acting as a liaison between various departments.
Responsibilities also include managing pricing performance, contributing to channel compliance and corridor management, implementing pricing strategies, ensuring operational price control, and fostering pricing proficiency and communication within the zone/country.

Responsibilities:
Business Transformation:
1. Act as the champion and change agent for Zone Pricing transformation, defining the overall pricing strategy for the UK&I.
2. Drives the roll-out of associated Pricing & Quotation Tools.
3. Is the pricing Process owner for the UK&I and driving continuous process improvement implementations.
4. Makes recommendations to organizational development with special attention to mutualization, pricing desk and capability building; and follows up/supports its implementation.
5. Engages in channel compliance related transformation (price positioning and commercial policy alignment, commercial audits).
Ensure pricing performance:
1. In partnership with the data office utilise market dynamics, pricing trends, and operating margins to develop reports, procedures, and tools for pricing and quoting.
2. Using detailed monthly figures, detect drifts in pricing performance and drive action plans to navigate price performance according to targets.
3. Coordinate pricing initiatives, strategies, and action plans among different functions and drive efforts to implement price management discipline and process improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Own and prepare pricing governance and stakeholder management (zone / country / BU / Zone President) across local and global teams (QBRs, pricing councils, etc as appropriate) to ensure price performance across finance, marketing, sales, and commercial teams.
2. Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Price Positioning Strategy, Pricing Policies, and Processes within the Zone stakeholders down to Country.
3. Ensure the existence and implementation of pricing action plans, Challenges Businesses.
Ensure Pricing Communication:
1. Strategise and implement the price positioning strategy and procedures.
2. Prepare Price communication towards Operations/Channel/Category management based on Price performance, strategy, and cost variations.
3. Ensure best practices are understood and implemented across the area.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Delta P
2. GRT deviation
3. List Price realization rate
4. Standard discount width & depth
5. SPA width & depth
6. Corridor mgt KPI
7. Price vs Market dynamics (macroeconomic indicators)
8. CCO Gross Margin for non-transactional business
