The successful candidate will:
* Manage recruitment processes and onboarding to ensure organisational growth needs are met.
* Lead the drafting, updating, and implementation of HR policies and compliance processes.
* Manage HR systems migrations and employee training initiatives to enhance team development.

Responsibilities Include:
* Recruitment and Onboarding:
* Manage recruitment processes for multiple roles, including overseeing the hiring pipeline across the business.
* Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires with appropriate documentation and support.
* Policy Development and Compliance: Maintain critical HR policies,
* Operational Efficiency:
* Collaborate on office logistics and space planning.
* Support on key technology transitions and setups liaising with the IT team
* Training and Development:
* Lead professional growth initiatives for the team, ensuring quarterly performance reviews are complete and reflective for each employee
* Organise training to align staff with organisational goals and best practices.
* Strategic Collaboration:
* Participate in setting and tracking quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) for the whole team.
* Support organisational development initiatives, including stabilising team morale.
* HR System Updates:
* Ensure employee data is accurately reflected and stored in our HR system.
* Maintain records related to employee leave
* Employee Communication and Support:
* Handle contractual changes such as role transitions, promotions, or location shifts, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational policies.
* Liaise with employees and leadership on visa-related matters and other international movements.
* Collaborate on performance plans and address concerns raised by leadership or employees.
* Address team concerns and work towards improving staff satisfaction.
* Payroll Management:
* Handle pay discussions and adjustments with all employees
* Manage payroll with a third-party provider
* Event Coordination: Organise and manage company events such as Christmas parties, including budgeting, venue selection, and communication with leadership and vendors.
About You – We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have:
* Education and Experience: Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and policy implementation, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in HR tools like Employment Hero, or similar systems.
* Familiarity with managing employment contracts, transition and processes and other compliance matters.
* Skills and Attributes:
* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust across teams.
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and act decisively.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and processes.
* Collaboration and Leadership:
* A team player who fosters collaboration across functions.
* Demonstrated ability to support managers with performance management and employee relations issues.
* Comfortable working with senior leadership on strategic projects, such as office relocations or organisational planning.
* Adaptability and Cultural Awareness:
* Experience working with international teams or managing cross-border HR requirements is a strong plus.
