We are seeking a Visa & Compliance Officer (maternity cover) to join our Resourcing Department at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining up-to-date right-to-work information, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations, and supporting staff with immigration-related guidance. Main duties of the job Keep staff visa and work permit information current on both the Resourcing Department database and ESR (Electronic Staff Record). Use UKVI software to facilitate certificates of sponsorship for new and extended visa applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide expert advice to staff on certificates of sponsorship, right-to-work queriesand Home Office UKVI policy. Run reports to monitor processing times, identify potential issues and follow relevant protocols to ensure compliance. Work closely with colleagues to resolve right-to-work queries, escalating where necessary to meet statutory requirements.
