This position involves working with primary and secondary learners, supporting them on a 1:1, small group, and intervention basis. Role Details: Location: In or near Eastbourne Start Date: ASAP (Part-time and full-time hours available) Key Responsibilities: Provide support to SEN and mixed-ability learners across different age groups Work 1:1 or with small groups to offer tailored support Assist in interventions and facilitate academic progress Help students engage with a broad and balanced curriculum Learners: Approximately 70 pupils per school, mixed abilities, including SEN students School Ethos: Focused on community and individual growth, where every child matters Curriculum: Broad and balanced, with attainment levels above the national average Why Apply?
