Duties
* Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements and organisational goals.
* Coordinate resources and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
* Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
* Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise.
* Conduct regular project meetings to review status updates, risks, and challenges.
* Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across the team.
* Prepare detailed reports on project performance, including budget adherence and resource allocation.
* Lead and inspire to create a high-performing team that actively strives to exceed goals.
* Develop strong and effective commercial relationships with external stakeholders, using this network to generate revenue streams.
* Responsible for the practical management of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality of your team, driven through behavioural role modelling.
* Lead geographically dispersed teams, both nationally and internationally.
* Cross project collaboration within all areas of the business.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the Water industry.
* Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Water Industry is preferred or a relevant degree or professional qualification in project management.
* High level of technical aptitude within a Water Network.
* An understanding of relevant regulation, policies and procedures within the Water Industry.
* Understanding of the latest innovation both inside and outside the Water Industry.
* Strong data handling and problem solving capabilities.
* Strong budget management experience.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
