Job description
* Conduct all aspects of studio management and administration.
* Collaborate with external HR consultants to provide colleagues with expertise in all aspects of people management.
* Organise and lead weekly studio meetings, senior team meetings, update studio calendars and manage the studio’s email inboxes.
* Be the first point contact for visitors, clients, consultants, and suppliers.
* Work with the finance team to manage daily financial operations, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking using Xero for monthly bookkeeping and approving staff expense claims.
* Coordinate with the IT consultant and internal Systems Working Group to ensure systems are current and efficient.
* Organise studio events and social activities.
Key skills
* Experience in a similar role, providing support to the senior management team in a design studio.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and Xero.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and social media management.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
