The Senior Engineer, Packaging Development is a crucial role within the European Division. This position is responsible for the insight development, design, development, and translation of package innovations across all product categories. The role includes executing regional value leadership and supply security projects, working as part of a team to provide deep technical package understanding, and developing insights to drive innovation. The Senior Engineer will lead packaging development activities and ensure the execution of allocated projects within the European R&D Delivery Division.

Responsibilities
1. Lead packaging activities and be accountable for executing allocated programs to bring projects to commercialization.
2. Ensure technical packaging designs are delivered to meet brand Key Quality Attributes (KQA).
3. Ensure the package development process is completed within timelines to market packages.
4. Ensure package specifications are accurate for correct costing.
5. Specify package quality and manufacturing quality performance measures and corrective actions for each new and current package.
6. Work within cross-functional teams to evaluate desirability, feasibility, and viability for all projects.
