VANRATH are working alongside a leading Supply Equipment organisation with a prestigious reputation for the recruitment of a Service Admin.
This is a Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) - Permanent position
This role is based in the company's North Belfast office. After probation there is the option to work 2 days a week from home.

Salary

Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer and colleagues' emails daily.
2. Liaising with customer ensuring they are kept up to date with schedule dates, order ETA's, parts etc.
3. Daily checks of the service inbox for any customer service PO's, orders, queries.
4. Draft quotations for non-contract work such as repair call outs, service work or for customers wanting to buy spare parts.
5. Complete service reports once they are submitted by engineers.
6. General data entry ensuring that our electronic records have the correct information such as pricing when needed
7. General administration duties to include answering the telephone, filing and keeping current records up to date when needed.
8. Liaise with suppliers to get up to date information regarding parts or services they supply and arrival times of orders.
9. Create Sales Orders for any orders that come through from customers.
Requirements
10. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
11. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
12. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
13. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365)
