Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling role in a supportive SEN environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a thriving SEN primary school in West Drayton, where you will play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide one:to:one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored education plans that meet individual learning requirements.
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters confidence and independence.
* Support students with communication, sensory, and behavioral needs, using appropriate strategies to enhance their development.
* Adapt learning materials and approaches to ensure accessibility for all students.
About You
To excel as a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Have experience working with children, preferably in an SEN or education setting.
* Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs.
* Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
