Role Description
This full-time role is based at our brand-new Wilmslow centre. The main responsibilities include managing all warranty-related claims on a daily basis, ensuring that each claim is processed within the strict time frame set by BMW directives, currently 28 days. You will also be responsible for the completion of all internal and external service invoices, ensuring that they are accurately processed and submitted in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects of the claims and invoicing process.
