Role Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Campaign Analyst to join our family of talented people in the Data team. The CRM Campaign Analyst will be working as part of the data team within a larger marketing department. Your role will be data driven, focusing on data logic and using workflows to ensure we target the right customers.
Your Focus:
1. Contributing to the successful delivery of the CRM acquisition and retention campaigns.
2. Liaising with marketing teams and agencies to specify, test and sign off the delivery of creating new and optimising existing CRM campaigns.
3. Detailed testing analysis to ensure CRM campaigns are signed off correctly.
4. Development of campaign success KPI reports to constantly monitor delivery progress and resolving any issues.
5. Implementing and monitoring the impact of split testing and offer testing.
6. Delivering CRM performance reports and post campaign insight.
7. Investigating and resolving any issues throughout the campaign process, including resolving issues with third parties and other departments including IT and external agencies.
8. Investigating customer queries relating to CRM campaign targeting using our insight tool Apteco Fast Stats.
About You
The successful candidate will be focused on a value-add role which delivers the highly personalised CRM campaign & insight program:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of data structures and data formats.
2. Experience of delivering the data selection and management of marketing campaign programs.
3. Experience of creating campaign report dashboards to monitor and evaluate success.
4. CRM campaign lifecycle management, from concept to go live and post go live reporting.
5. Experience of multi-channel CRM targeting campaigns.
6. Good understanding of relational databases and the data driven CRM campaign process.
7. Highly proficient in MS Office including Excel.
8. Experience using any of the following: Apteco Fast Stats, SQL, Access, Alterian, Business Objects or Adobe Campaign.
9. Strong team player.
10. Excellent understanding of CRM relational databases.
11. Numerate and analytical.
12. Determined and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus.
13. Keen to make recommendations.
Our Ways of Working
The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL. Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage.
