Searcys are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team at the Gray's Inn.
Working as a Finance Manager for Searcys, you will be operating in-unit bookkeeping systems, processing daily purchase invoices and credit notes, balancing cash up and closing the weekly accounting period. The Finance Manager is also responsible for the daily reconciliation of revenue and takings, and calculating the stock transfers between accounts.

Job Description
The Finance Manager will work closely with the Gray's Inn Head of Collectors as well as the Searcys Management Accountants across the brand.
Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accrual specific documents (free issue, beverages, agency and vending).
* Monthly, quarterly and yearly client reporting.
* Stock reconciliation and reporting.
* Specific analytical reporting to help drive efficiencies.
* P&L revision and submission.
* Budgeting and balance sheet reconciliation for the client and Searcys.
* Entry of purchase invoices into Evolution including approval of E-invoicing.
* External debt analysis, management and reporting.
* Spot checks of POS and credit card terminals.
Qualifications
* AAT or CIMA qualified.
* Experience within catering or hospitality, desirable.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Supportive team player.
* Great organisational skills.
