We are seeking a strong Residential Care Home Deputy Manager to join an established elderly Home in the Godalming area.Residential Deputy Care Home Manager: Vacancy reference: PK62345A passionate and dedicated individual is required to help run a comfortable, 32 bedded Residential Care Home near Godalming as their new Deputy Home Manager. This is a full-time, permanent Deputy Manager position paying a very competitive £(phone number removed) per annum, working Monday to Friday with very occasional weekends.This former country house is set in acres of beautiful south facing grounds, and offers high standards of Care and modern equipment, whilst still retaining some of the building’s original features. The service is rated ‘Good’ in all areas in their CQC report, and they are a part of an established, family-owned care company with services across Surrey.As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be part of the management team that sets the tone for delivering the very highest standards of person-centred care. You will be involved in everything from the orientation and development of staff, liaising with families and other healthcare professionals, to ordering and storing medication safely and being responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate care records.Previous Deputy Care Home Manager or Care Manager experience is preferred.
