Office Administrator
This role is paramount to ensuring the smooth running of the administration in a busy office. There will be an opportunity to get involved in many exciting administrative and events related activities. This is a great role for a capable and forward-thinking Administrator to gain dedicated experience within a high-profile academic establishment!
Please note that this role will require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
Office Administrator Responsibilities
The client is looking for a team player with strong administration experience, combined with a positive, cheerful attitude and a willingness to become involved in academic life. Requirements include and are not limited to:
Updating information in our bespoke systems
Managing and saving all correspondence
Assisting Office colleagues in managing survey information
Supporting with emails, mail, events, and campaigns
Batch processing online payments
Recording and banking cash and cheques
Researching for projects
Collating and analysing data
Producing event material
Being the face of the company at events
Preparing agendas and taking minutes

The Company
Our client offers prestigious educational development for students. There is no parking on site and this role is fully office based.
Office Administrator Experience
To be successful in this Office Administrator role you must be personable with excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to learn quickly. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong planning and coordination skills. The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is very important and a customer service orientated professional outlook are vital.
Location
The office is based in Oxford, near to the City Centre. It is easily reached using public transport. Sadly, there is no parking at the office.
This role is full-time and the hours are Monday to Friday from 08:15am to 5.00pm.
