Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver engaging Sociology lessons that meet the curriculum requirements.
2. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to support their learning.
3. Encourage critical thinking and discussion among students.
4. Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of the department.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Strong knowledge of Sociology and the ability to teach at secondary level.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Commitment to student development and inclusive education.
