Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled professional to support a safe and supportive environment across RICS' global footprint, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and ISO standards. Manage global compliance with H&S, Environmental, and Energy standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 50001). Conduct audits, monitor risks, support incident investigations, and maintain key registers. Provide training and guidance, promoting best practices and raising HSEQ awareness across the organisation. Track performance metrics, prepare leadership reports, and support ESG and carbon footprint initiatives. Act as the go-to contact for HSEQ queries, working collaboratively with workplace teams and external auditors. About You Strong understanding of HSEQ practices and relevant legislation, including ISO standards and the Health and Safety at Work Act. Holds relevant certification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or NCRQ), and has experience supporting audits or management systems. Confident using Microsoft Office to manage tasks, analyse data, and communicate effectively. A clear communicator who builds positive relationships and delivers practical, solutions-focused advice.
