Job role: Workplace Manager/Office Coordinator
Location: Office based, Wantage, near Oxford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch
Salary: GBP26,000

Who are we? We pride ourselves on providing boutique, design-led, unbranded serviced office space.
What's the role? We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Workplace Manager. You will ensure the smooth operation of your Workplace to confirm standards are maintained at a high level.
What will you be doing?
1. Delivering excellent customer service, helping to meet the expectations and requirements of our clients and members.
2. Building relationships at all levels including colleagues, clients, suppliers, and our management team.
3. Managing your building including being responsible for health and safety, managing facilities, and supporting your clients.
4. Setting up and closing down each day which includes making sure all areas are clean, tidy, and kitchen areas are fully stocked.
5. Understanding and adhering to budgets and forecasts to ensure that your workplace is running as efficiently as possible.
6. Managing monthly client invoicing.
7. Creating and running social events to make Boutique a fantastic place to be!

You'll have a friendly and approachable personality while also being proactive and enthusiastic. You should be able to deal with different priorities and provide our clients and suppliers with accurate information, so attention to detail is a must. The goal is to make clients, members, and visitors feel comfortable, valued, and looked after while on our premises. Workplace Managers will have the continuous support of our management team (Operations, HR, Sales) in order to make our Workplace as successful as possible and provide a fantastic experience to our guests.
