Job Title: Support Worker – Autism Spectrum Services

Pay: £11.44-£12.86 per hour

About the Role:
Are you compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others? We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers in Wellingborough to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing person-centered care and support, enabling individuals to live independent, fulfilling lives while honouring their dignity and personal choices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
2. Provide emotional support and companionship.
3. Support individuals in participating in community activities, hobbies, and interests.
4. Empower individuals to achieve personal goals and foster independence.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold health and safety standards.
6. Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and team members to implement tailored care plans.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker in the UK.
2. Prior experience supporting adults with one or more of the following: Autism Spectrum Conditions or profound and multiple learning disabilities.
3. A DBS certificate registered with the Update Service.
4. Eligibility to work in the UK.
