Sales Administrator
Location: Nevendon - Site based - Monday to Friday
Salary: £23,000 to £27,000 per annum
I am currently working with a well-established business based around Nevendon, on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join their team. As the Sales Administrator, you will be supporting and working closely with their sales team undertaking the following duties:
1. Processing orders and managing client expectations in terms of timelines
2. Tracking and logging all customer information accurately onto the internal CRM
3. Liaising with customers via telephone or email regarding updates or any queries that may arise
4. Working closely with internal departments for up-to-date information for client communications
As the Sales Administrator, you will have the following experience:
1. Experience in a Sales Support, Administrative or Customer Service (or similar) roles that require high attention to detail and order management skills
2. The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
3. Thrive in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
4. Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels
