Agency/Supply Workers – Special Needs Support

Role: Teaching Assistant (Special Needs Support)
Responsibilities:
1. Join a team of dedicated educators, therapists, and professionals to provide exceptional support to students with special needs.
2. Offer one-on-one or small group assistance during classes and specialised learning sessions.
3. Implement Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioural plans, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, especially in supporting individuals with special needs.
2. Compassion, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
3. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching and support methods.
4. Relevant certifications or qualifications in Special Education or a related field are advantageous.
