They are looking for a talented HR & Recruitment Manager to join the team and help them attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is a full-time, permanent role paying circa £45,000 DOE. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and manage employee training and development programs. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Manage HR metrics and reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology sector. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
