XJTAG is a world-leading developer of electronics testing products. The company has grown to provide a wide range of products and services for testing complex electronics to customers all over the world. We are looking for an additional member in our administration and finance team on a full-time basis assisting the office manager in day-to-day accounts and office duties. As in any small business, you will get involved in a wide range of tasks, often not strictly ‘in the job description’, to help and support the whole business.
A successful candidate will receive on-the-job training after which they will be able to facilitate jobs outlined in the ‘responsibilities’ section below. In addition, they will be a self-starter, able to identify areas in which they can help our office manager with additional administration tasks.
Responsibilities
* Preparing orders for shipping and arranging deliveries
* Processing purchase orders and invoicing customers
* Updating and maintaining our internal product tracking system
* Booking travel arrangements, including itineraries for general customer trips as well as for exhibitions
* Processing of supplier invoices
Requirements
* Comfortable with calculating percentages
* Good working knowledge of office applications
* Comfortable working as part of a small team and have a flexible and adaptable approach
* Ability to prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks
* Very good written, email and verbal communication
* Permission to work in the UK
