We are working with a leading conveyancing firm to assist them in finding an experienced Conveyancing Professional to join their highly regarded team in Newport.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
* Prepare, review, and finalise legal documents and contracts.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain strong communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
* Work towards and exceed company KPIs and performance targets.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing role is essential.
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
