Based in Newton Aycliffe. The successful candidate will be part of the growing Customer Service Department within the Husqvarna UK organisation. Responsibilities & Key Tasks Work in a team of 6 to provide a positive experience for our B2B clients and B2C online customers. Process sales orders, returns and credits using various systems and databases. Inputting data accurately into systems; Microsoft Excel, bespoke ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Monitoring daily reports and clearing exceptions. Handle customer enquiries such as; deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing, product specifications and complaints. Liaise with warehouses and transport teams to resolve delivery and stock issues. Seasonal campaign handling. Provide prompt customer service support to Husqvarna Dealers via telephone and email. General administrative duties. Additional Skills/Qualifications Required 3 years administration experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing daily with a high volume of calls/emails. Good communication skills. Good organisational skills. Computer literate: confident user of Microsoft packages (Excel skills would be advantageous); and CRM/ordering/database software. Good at multi-tasking and prioritising your own workload.
