Accounts/ Admin Assistant
Carrying out the day-to-day administration which will include but not limited to administrative support to the management team, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, issuing quotations, answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, developing systems, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
1. Organising and filing of all health and safety documentation, including maintaining training records.
2. Knowledge of general bookkeeping - sales & purchase ledgers, payroll, credit control. (Training will be given)
3. Previous experience working in Construction is essential.
4. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to take direction.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and external partners.
8. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
9. A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
