The role
As a Media Development Team Leader, you will manage the Media Development team within the Media Team and ensure the team undertakes activity in line with agreed priorities and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the media development team to ensure compliance and adherence to the relevant processes.
* Ensure the teams use best practice and deliver a range of outputs required for the programmes/contracts.
* Allocate work across the team to maximise output and utilisation (in conjunction with Head of Media).
* Engage with colleagues to offer advice on enhancing teaching and learning through effective and innovative exploitation of existing and emerging technologies.
* Collaborate with those developing courses to ensure the application of DSAT (Defence Systems Approach to Training) when developing and selecting methods and media.
This role is full time and has a level of flexibility to work from home and onsite at our Lyneham site (minimum 3 days per week). Travel to other sites may also be required.
Essential Experience:
* A strong, demonstrable portfolio of successful creative projects.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite CC.
* A detailed understanding of rapid development e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Storyline, Captivate).
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification or demonstrable experience of working in a digital learning environment.
Security Clearance:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
