What you become part of:
Edmonton Operations produce 50 million cases of drinks per year across their 7 manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink per hour consisting of both PET, Glass bottling and Post Mix Bag in Box. They are the only site in GB to produce our Oasis Drinks and BIB. There are over 300 people across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering, experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities both in Edmonton and further afield across other GB sites and Pan-European locations.
What to expect:
You will join the onsite QESH team to lead on-site implementation of Quality standards and Food Safety policies working with Production teams to ensure the site complies with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and the Coke company code of practice.
Reporting to the QESH Senior Manager, you will also be part of a centralised European Quality team accountable for continuously improving systems, implementing initiatives, and sharing best practices across the regions. Critical to optimal performance is delivering success through leadership, development, and engagement of a busy team of Quality Assurance Leads, QA Co-ordinators and Lab Analysts.
Skills & Essentials:
A graduate with Chemistry/Food related qualifications is preferred
Previous Quality and team management experience essential.
Ideally you will have experience in:
* Food or beverage operations
* Managing legislative and risk management processes
* Managing consumer and customer complaints
* Managing quality testing and analysis through teams
