What’s on offer to you
Basic annual salary up to £35,000 depending on your experience
1. 8% commission for every sale personally achieved
2. 5% for all sales achieved via our hub and estate agency offices
3. £25 for each Financial Services sign up

What you’ll need
This role is ideal if you are a current Sales Manager, or training towards, within the Land and New Homes division. As the New Homes Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. You will be the ideal candidate if you have a real passion for your work and demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Each member of the Spicerhaart Land and New Homes Team acts with a spirit of professionalism, honesty and integrity towards each other and towards our clients.
You will enjoy a successful recruitment journey with Spicerhaart if you have gained the following within your career:
1. Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector
2. Consistent track record of achieving your goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development
3. Willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer needs
4. Full UK driving licence

1. Full UK Driving Licence
