We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Transport Planner to join our team based in our London office!

This is a full-time permanent role, hybrid working with 2 – 3 days in the office.
What you will be doing:
1. Provide technical support on projects and advice on complex technical issues.
2. Draft project content based on clear instructions from project managers.
3. Be part of multi-discipline project teams.
4. Respond to client and customer requests and enquiries ensuring that their needs are met.
5. Provide specialist transport planning skills and technical support to deliver projects to time, budget, and quality.
6. Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
7. Assist in the identification and winning of new clients and work streams.
What we are looking for:
1. Previous experience in transport planning.
2. Knowledge of Transport Appraisal, Travel Planning, Transportation study techniques, and software.
3. Familiarity with traffic and highway legislation.
4. Knowledge of relevant technical and policy standards.
5. Excellent computer literacy (knowledge of using spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook; some knowledge of technical software e.g. SATURN, VISUM, VISSIM, TRANSYT, LINSIG, ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, TRAVL).
6. Excellent written and numeracy skills.
7. Good communication skills.
