We're looking for a Construction and Design Apprentice to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Team based in Isleworth, Middlesex, working towards a Level 4 apprenticeship in Construction Design and Build.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.
Location: Isleworth, Middlesex
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £19,000 per annum - with a salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!
Start date: September 2025
How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Construction and Design Apprentice you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician qualification with our university partner, London South Bank University.
You'll work closely with the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team to provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK's essential services and assets.
Your day to day will include:
* Assisting with the management of staff, Plant & material resources inline wth programme
* Providing support with management of site safety, health and environmental hazards
* Maintaining stakeholder relationships in the delivery of a contract
* Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course
What are we looking for?
To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
* A Level DD or;
* BTEC National Diploma PPP or;
* Access to HE Diploma with 21 Merits or;
* Level 3 Apprenticeship in related subject or;
* Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points
* 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (C or above) or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
To apply as a mature student, you will need at least 5 years' experience in a related career.
