An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in an award-winning Community Therapy Team in West Oxfordshire, based in Witney. The role is a fixed-term 12-month contract with 22.5 hours; however, we would welcome discussions from anyone looking for alternative hours or flexible working.
Working within the planned and preventative pathway and also responding to urgent and same-day referrals, you will be able to make a real difference to the patients of West Oxfordshire.
The team is made up of Occupational Therapists, Mental Health OT, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Assistants, Clinical Specialists, and managed by the Clinical Lead.
As a Physiotherapist, you will work within a rehabilitation team managing a caseload of clients, providing a high quality, appropriate, cost-effective, and efficient intensive rehabilitation service for adult patients in Oxfordshire.
You will deliver safe and effective rehabilitative patient care and discharge, working in partnership with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team within the community and acute sectors, supporting the efficient use of resources across the whole system delegating duties as appropriate.
