Job Title: Tenancy Sustainment Assistant Location: Chelmsley Wood Solihull B37 Contract: Temporary Hours: Full-time Salary : £12.50 PAYE £14.92 LTD Role Summary: We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to the Tenancy Sustainment Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, assessing applicants' housing and support needs, and ensuring void properties are advertised and let efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and prioritise a caseload, ensuring effective case handling. Process housing register applications and changes of circumstances. Maintain accurate records on manual and computerised systems. Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and external partners. Liaise with Registered Social Providers regarding property advertisements. Undertake administrative duties related to ending tenancies. Provide support to Tenancy Sustainment Advisors and Officers as required. Requirements: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines. Experience working in a busy office environment and handling customer interactions. Understanding of social housing, local government, or public services is desirable.
