In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and managing data from a variety of systems and sources, contributing to the annual business planning process, validating data used to calculate performance and productivity, and preparing and presenting insightful reports. You will also support the business in driving performance improvements across the board. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with both internal and external audits, engage in process mapping, and help foster a culture of continual improvement.
The Role
1. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports and dashboards in line with business requirements / deadlines.
2. Interrogation, analysis, and validation of the business performance data for calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity.
3. Identifying and assisting on the management of risk associated with the delivery of projects / services.
4. Driving / closing out business improvement actions / non-conformances and initiating performance improvement plans in areas where performance issues are identified.
5. Driving Internal and External Audit programme delivery.
Requirements
1. Computer literate ideally with a proficient working knowledge of the main Microsoft Office / web-based applications such as SharePoint, PowerBI, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Prior experience with all such applications is non-essential as full training shall be provided where required.
2. Knowledge and experience of using project planning tools / techniques.
3. Knowledge and an understanding of Social Value would be advantageous.
4. Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 44001 and 55001 would be beneficial.
5. Background and general interest in analytical / statistical disciplines.
