Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Europe Location: UK and Europe Role Purpose: Manage UK and European Sales teams, focusing on customer development and enhancing commercial awareness. Ensure individual and team performance meets targets, maintaining top-notch customer service. Collaborate with Operational and Financial Managers to achieve regional goals annually. Main Roles and Accountabilities: New Business Development: Identify and convert sales opportunities. Maintain a strong prospect list for continuous new business. Arrange customer visits and represent the company at trade shows. Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline. Analyse lost customers for potential re-introduction. New Business Implementation: Document client discussions for successful onboarding. Introduce team members for customer embedding. Manage contract requirements and accurate system quoting. Establish customers on CW with necessary documents. RFP / RFQ Development & Management: Maintain and improve content in the company’s repository. Assess requests for realistic opportunities. Allocate resources for new inquiries. Enforce fair global pricing and develop tender documentation. Save and log all data for future reference. CS Team Management: Mentor and motivate the team to increase profitability. Conduct regular appraisals and monitor team goals. Manage resources to meet deadlines. Provide guidance for quotes and proposals. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Involve team members for complex opportunities. Marketing & Brand Awareness: Contribute to marketing via social media. Collaborate to create new sales material. Share contract wins and opportunities with the team. Strategic Development: Identify new sales channels in aerospace. Propose new opportunities and develop presentations. Participate in external meetings and QBRs. Collaborate with Regional Managers to meet goals. Attend monthly regional executive calls with the board. Market & Competition: Develop contacts in overseas offices to maintain market leadership. Evaluate industry trends and competitor activity, recommending actions. Drive brand awareness in the territory with the Marketing team. Personal Attributes: Sales-driven with a focus on new customers and exceeding targets. Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and commercially minded. Experience in building relationships and strong communication skills. Key Skills: Proven sales experience in a targeted environment, preferably in aerospace logistics. Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Excellent communication skills (English, German, Spanish). Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Self-motivated, persistent, and determined to win new business. Proven people-management skills and experience. Willingness to travel regularly.
