We have a fantastic opportunity for the Graphic Designer to join our team at Sizewell C. Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively. The Role As a Graphic Designer you’ll work across the Site Delivery function of the Sizewell C project, responsible for the creation of eye-catching visuals across both print and digital. You’ll ensure all Site Delivery collateral is on-brand and own the look and feel of our communications. You’ll keep up to date with best practise across all mediums to provide added value and ensure that all designs contribute to a cohesive and consistent brand experience. We are looking for a passionate and innovative person with a creative eye to make our collateral pop. You’ll be an excellent communicator with previous experience working in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment. You’ll have experience working on creative design including working with the full Adobe suite, and you’ll be a master at creating eye-catching PowerPoint presentations. If you're ready to make an impact and join the Sizewell C team, this role is for you Key Responsibilities You’ll own and champion our brand guidelines, creating consistent touchpoints and produce compelling work that cuts through and supports Sizewell C to deliver best-in-class content. You’ll produce high-quality posters, signage, infographics, documents and designs for the Site Delivery Business Unit, as well as designing engaging PowerPoint presentations with reusable templates and artwork. Collaborating with team members is as important as the ability to work independently on tasks. You’ll work closely with the Communications Manager and Senior Graphic Designer to ensure content is up to date and on brand. You’ll deliver designs that support a cohesive brand experience and adapt designs to meet current business and client requirements and create multimedia layouts with options for animation, video, and online material, keeping up to date with new software, design trends, and concepts. Essential Skills Passionate about design, eager to deliver and push for first class. Awareness of new channels and innovations within the creative field. Ability to manage and deliver across multiple channels and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and experience of positive stakeholder engagement internally and externally. Present, articulate, and able to pitch ideas confidently and clearly. Experience in a project approach to ensure that creative elements are accessible and engaging. Excellent IT skills and experience in using Adobe CC, proficient in PowerPoint. Basic understanding of Adobe Animate, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Desirable Degree standard education or recent relevant experience working in a similar role.
