Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service coordinators – Outbound.
Prioritize workload between team and be the driver of standards.
Oversee all aspects of the order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfillment and after-sales inquiries.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure the team meets KPIs related to order processing times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Understanding of PERI processes and procedures.
Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts.
