About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Construction Secretary to join our team at the Western Regional Office in Tewkesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading developer, Bloor Homes, who has been building high-quality homes since 1969.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our construction teams, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to construction teams, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining records.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including site diaries, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expenses for team members as required.
* Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Highly organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
