Role Overview: As a fully remote Recruitment consultant /Account Manager or Client Delivery Recruitment Cinsultant You will serve as the dedicated recruiter and account manager for one of the clients, taking full responsibility for all manufacturing and engineering recruitment needs. In this high-impact role, you will work remotely with flexibility but meet regularly with the client to ensure a strong partnership and to align on hiring goals. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage top manufacturing and engineering talent. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for permanent roles within manufacturing and engineering disciplines. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary recruitment point of contact for your client, meeting monthly with them monthly on site (UK) to review hiring needs, candidate progress, and future strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert, embodying the client's values and mission in every candidate interaction. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct detailed telephone and video interviews/assessments to identify high-calibre talent aligned with client specifications. Guide candidates through the interview process with confidence and provide honest, constructive feedback at each stage. Recruitment Delivery & Expertise: Ensure a seamless, efficient recruitment process, demonstrating expert delivery at every step. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle with precision, from initial sourcing to candidate placement and onboarding. Key Requirements: Industry Expertise as a recruitment consultant /client delivery or an account manager from a recruitment agency background Proven track record in recruiting for manufacturing and engineering roles, with a deep understanding of industry standards, skillsets, and hiring trends. Remote Work & Communication Skills: Self-starter comfortable working remotely, with strong discipline and communication skills for managing client and candidate interactions virtually.
