Quality Assurance Officer 39hours – working across various sites – Base- Bradmarsh. This role involves working alongside the Quality Assurance Manager to assist in the development and implementation of quality control systems and processes designed to ensure continuous high standards of support/care and compliance across Target. By conducting routine audits across the organisation and taking a collaborative approach with all staff will enable Target to uphold quality standards making it essential for maintaining the reputation and operational efficiencies of Target. Through your meticulous work as a Quality Assurance Officer, you will support the Quality Assurance Manager by encouraging continuous improvement of service delivery and operational procedures and practices which contributes to the overall success and reliability of the organisation. Key responsibilities Assist with auditing support / care planning documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and person-centred service delivery. Conduct audits and report findings to Quality Assurance Manager. Assist in the development and support the implementation of improvement policies. Assist in monitoring quality performance and support the Quality Assurance Manager to implement action plans. Participate in service reviews Provide advice/support/guidance/training to staff where appropriate/necessary, ensuring staff understand the importance and value of providing good quality services. Identify/recognise both strengths and limitations across services and where good practices can be mirrored/utilised across projects. To raise safeguarding or serious non –compliance and risk issues to the Quality Assurance Manager immediately. Person Spec: In depth knowledge of front-line worker functions. Understand the Supported Housing national statement of expectations Knowledge and understanding of auditing and its significance Experience of auditing processes either internally or by external agencies Knowledge of contractual compliance Track record of supporting the service to be compliant and meet high quality standards by supporting and encouraging others to develop their work practices Ability to motivate others by establishing clear direction and standards; providing opportunities for participation; motivating others by giving encouragement, recognition and personal support for their efforts and achievements.
