Job Description
Our client is a new prestige car dealership who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join their existing team.
As Receptionistyou will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service, You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.
Receptionist/Sales Administrator role:
1. Greeting customers, introducing to service, parts & sales
2. Answering telephone calls and relay messages as required
3. Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait
4. Keeping the showroom friendly and under control
5. Administration duties for the running of the dealership, holiday cover, sickness records, Health & safety
6. Customer satisfaction records
7. Must be able to work with initiative under pressure
8. Small parts of Sales Administration (Training included)
About You:
9. You will need to be highly organised
10. Excellent computer skills – Must be trained on Excel
11. Have a smart appearance
12. Excellent telephone manner
13. Enthusiastic
14. Driving licence preferable
15. Must have the desire for progression
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Mon – Fri
