Customer Service Representative • Part-time (20 hours per week), working Monday to Friday 10.30am - 2.30pm• Location: Newbury• Salary: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is on a temporary basis to cover holiday to start Tuesday 11th March 2025 until the end of March 2025 and then to be reviewed after that.This role involves interacting with engineers over the phone, managing queries, and handling inboxes efficiently. The position requires someone with excellent communication and customer service skills. Day-to-day of the role: • Engage with engineers over the phone to resolve queries and provide assistance.• Manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses.• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and knowledgeable service.• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.• Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Competence in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook.• Proven experience in a customer service role.• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
