From performance management and resource planning to maintaining safety and compliance, you'll ensure smooth operations while offering quality guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Team Support: Assist in supervising and motivating the Activities & Leisure team to deliver high-quality service. Guest Experience: Ensure guests and owners enjoy memorable leisure and poolside experiences, resolving concerns quickly and efficiently. Performance Management: Oversee team performance, offering feedback and supporting their growth through coaching. Resource Oversight: Support scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation to optimise efficiency. Compliance and Safety: Uphold health, safety, and company standards in all activities and pool operations. Training and Development: Contribute to team training, ensuring all staff are equipped to meet the requirements of their roles. Problem Solving: Assist in addressing operational difficulties to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements -Relevant experience in guiding and coaching teams in an activities, leisure, or swimming pool setting. (2 years essential). - NPMQ Qualification - National Pool Manager Qualification. - NPLQ Qualified - National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. - TA -Trainer Assessor. - PPO/SPTO (Pool Plant Operator) certification. - Solid guidance, organisational, and managing multiple tasks. - Effective communication and customer service abilities. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This opportunity requires you to undergo-and satisfactorily complete-an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
