Job Title: Clinical Logistics Associate Location: Stockley Park, United Kingdom Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team in Stockley Park. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the logistical aspects of clinical trial supplies to ensure the seamless delivery of medications, materials, and documentation. Your contributions will directly support groundbreaking advancements in healthcare and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the shipment and delivery of clinical trial supplies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and timelines. Maintain and update inventory systems, tracking clinical materials to ensure accurate stock levels. Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and logistics providers to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Monitor temperature-sensitive shipments and resolve any discrepancies to guarantee product integrity. Support the preparation and distribution of trial-related documentation, including protocols and regulatory submissions. Assist with compliance reporting and audit preparation for supply chain activities. Proactively identify and address potential risks in the supply chain process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in clinical trials, supply chain management, or logistics. Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and clinical trial regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
