To be a success, we are looking for candidates who must have strong communication skills, be computer confident ( Microsoft Office Suite & Excel) Have the drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines - Possess a strong work ethic and want to become part of a motivated and enthusiastic team. Finally, we are seeking somebody with a minimum of 12 months experience in a service advisor / contact centre liaison role. You will ideally be somebody who can form quick bonds with a well-established team. The role : - Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA's
* Working with a large number of clients and logging orders
* Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients
* Working within agreed timescales
* Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries
* Complaint handling
* Daily communication with established clients by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to client issues
Hours of work: Days (Monday to Friday) Rate of pay: £12.11 increasing to £12.50 upon completion of 12 weeks. m solutions to customer issues
