Assistant Property Manager/Lettings Administrator £26,000- £30,000 Position Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Property Manager/Lettings Administrator to oversee the daily operations of the letting department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record in property management. Duties: - Organising and screening tenant’s references and preparing all move in paperwork - Using FixFlo and liaising with Landlords, Tenants and third parties to resolve any maintenance issues that arise - Organising end of tenancy processes - Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular property inspections and submit inspection reports to landlords and follow up, where applicable - Organising tenancy renewals - Ensuring compliance with gas safeties, EICRs, Right to Rent checks etc. - Preparing notices such as Section 13 and Section 21s - Assisting with booking viewings for both properties for sale and to rent (when front of office staff are not available) Requirements: - Previous experience in property management required - Strong organisational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in office administration tasks - Able to work 1 Saturday per month If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service in the property management industry, please submit your CV for consideration.
