Role: Revenue Operations Associate
Reports To: Director, Revenue & Product Operations
Location: London
Base Compensation Range: £30,000 per annum plus 10% discretionary bonus
Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 2x/week in their local office, usually Tuesday and Thursday; plus 1 Friday per month. The office is open Tuesday to Friday for associates who would like to use the space more frequently for connections and collaboration.
The Role: The Revenue Operations Associate at Procurement Leaders is an integral person contributing to the operational efficiency of our product and commercial teams, ensuring the new business, account management and events teams are using data to inform operational and strategic decisions. The collective goal is to increase membership growth through new-adds and event delegate/prospect attendance, while driving product usage and engagement to improve renewal rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Data management:
* Maintain data integrity within customer and prospect records in Salesforce.com and other systems.
* Ensure data reporting and dashboards are maintained for visibility across the business.
* Work with the Director, Revenue and Product Operations to identify data projects that will improve key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates).
Stakeholder management and administration:
* Handle stakeholder queries on data and analytics.
* Maintain administration of data in our CRM.
Support for the Director of Revenue and Product Operations:
* Regular updates on data projects.
* Help with regular sales and product usage analysis.
* Supporting on business communications on the effectiveness of data projects.
Who You Are/Key Skills/Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a data or business analytics roles.
* Knowledge of creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
* Experience working with sales and commercial teams preferable.
* Advanced in Excel / Google docs.
* Strong business acumen and curiosity to discover what the data is saying.
* Detail orientation.
