Job Title: Probate Administrator

Salary: £23,000 per annum plus benefits plus performance related bonus

We are looking for someone with empathy who is proactive with excellent customer service skills and is self-motivated, and can work on their own initiative with a can-do attitude to work in our probate department. You must be able to handle objections and problem-solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage probate pipeline.
* Dealing with probate administration of an estate.
* Collecting all documentation of assets and liabilities from a deceased estate.
* Submitting all documentation to the probate registry.
* Communicate with the inheritance tax office.
* Communicate with clients/beneficiaries on status of case progression on a regular basis.
* Manage submissions to third party organisations such as Land Registry, Office of The Public Guardian, Conveyancers and Probate Office in a compliant manner.
* Creating estate accounts.
* Manage post (incoming and outgoing) and directing any mail to relevant person.
* Creating MI on sales performance.
* Manage and work on CRM on regular basis to its full potential.
* Support business in other areas.
* Represent company at networking events and meetings and manage corporate memberships.
* Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes etc.
* Excellent people skills will be key in this role.
